The institute offers well equipped Basic Training Kitchen (BTK) and Quantity Training Kitchen (QTK). A state-of-theart Advance Training Kitchen (ATK) and Larder Kitchen apart from a 100 seater fast food restaurant have been inducted in infrastructure. All these laboratories are installed with heavy duty industrial type equipment and machinery to impart world class training to the students.

Bakery and Confectionery

The institution is equipped with Bakery and Bakery & Confectionery labs. These labs have all modern amenities to train the students in the preparation of all types of baking and confectionery products like breads, cakes, chocolates, pastries and desserts.

Food & Beverage Service

The institute boasts of a tastefully decorated spacious 75 seater Restaurant and Bar with perhaps one of the best collections of glass ware and serviceware.

Accommodation Operation

One of the most important departments in a hotel, it looks after the upkeep and cleanliness of the property including management of linen, uniforms and horticulture. The institute has a Housekeeping Laboratory with all the equipments and machinery which is used in any luxury hotel. Apart from it, the institute has instated two well-appointed Guest Rooms and an Industrial Laundry for effective and efficient training.

The institute has created a real life scenario of lobby of a hotel in its Front Office Laboratory. A working reception counter, lobby desk and a bell desk with luggage trolleys that focus on creating professional front office managers of the future.
